New Recipe

A friend of mine, just sent this to me. It sounds oh so Yummy and EZ. Just what we busy moms need. We can throw it in the oven and have more time to scrap, stamp & play! Thank you, Thank you Debbie!!

CRUSTY PARMESEAN CHICKEN


1 # Chicken

2/3 Cup Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs

½ Cup Grated Parmesans Cheese

2 Tbs. Dried Parsley

½ tsp. Paprika

½ tsp. rounded Garlic salt

Pepper


Mix all together Melt 1 stick butter, add 1 teasp. Worchester sauce, 1 tsp dry mustard.


Dip Chicken into the butter mixture, then the dry mixture, I put some dry on the pan so it does not stick.

Bake 350 * for 50-60 Min.


Mashed Potatoes, Cresent Rolls...YUM

I Love you Mom!

My Mom is in Texas and we are in Chicago. Too far away...I miss her so very much!

I have this in my entry hall and it makes me smile every time I walk by. Mom, all my friends know who you are and it helps me feel like you are part of what happens every day. When I saw the Notebook papers for the first time, I immediately thought of you and I wanted to make something special.....to remember. So that even though you are far away, you know how much you are loved.

What a fun night!!

We had a blast here last night in St. Charles.

Stacy, Linda, & Amy came over and we stamped the day away. We shared swaps, previewed the latest kits, and played with our papercrafting goodies from Christmas.
